This shows how to toggle between views so that you can see your scene from the Top, Front, Right and Perspective (default) views. More options including setting preferences for views can be found in the Setting up your Display and checking Frame Rate module under Display.

The keyboard shortcuts (which must be set on a laptop) are: Perspective – F1, Top – F2, Right – F3, Front -F4 and All Views – F5. Note, when you are viewing all 4 Views, whatever frame is highlighted (active) will be where a Command-R render will be rendered.
